# Glossary

## Answer opportunity

The degree to which the interview gave a candidate a clear and usable chance to address a configured criterion.

## Attributable evidence

Interview content that can be connected to the correct speaker, question, transcript location, and configured criterion.

## Business delivery objective

The outcome a role is expected to help the organization deliver, including relevant dependencies, constraints, and responsibilities.

## Configured role criteria

The approved job related requirements used for a specific role, including must haves and the observable criteria connected to interview questions.

## Contradicted

A support state used when the candidate explicitly provides evidence that conflicts with a configured criterion.

## Decision support

Information organized to help a qualified person review evidence and make a decision. Decision support is not an autonomous decision.

## Delivery chain

The connected work, dependencies, handoffs, and outcomes through which a team delivers business value.

## Evidence gap

A material criterion or part of a criterion that the supplied interview does not establish.

## Evidence reference

A pointer to the relevant transcript location or source segment behind a finding.

## Human review gate

The required point at which a qualified reviewer inspects the inputs, evidence, findings, limitations, and policy obligations before a decision.

## Ideal answer criteria

Observable job related elements that a strong answer may demonstrate. They are comparison references, not a word for word script.

## Mental shape

Plain language shorthand for the pattern of supported, role specific work reasoning observations in the supplied interview. It is not a claim about a person's private mental state or permanent capability.

## Neuro-psychometric alignment

Axiom Cortex terminology for structured analysis of observable, job related work reasoning evidence. It does not mean neural measurement, brain imaging, clinical psychometrics, psychological diagnosis, personality testing, or intelligence testing.

## Not evaluable

A state used when the available material cannot support a responsible determination because the source, attribution, question opportunity, or transcript quality is inadequate.

## Not observed

A state used when the supplied interview does not contain enough relevant evidence for a criterion. It does not mean the person lacks the capability.

## Observable work reasoning

Job related reasoning demonstrated in the supplied interview, such as problem framing, decomposition, decision explanation, tradeoff awareness, validation, adaptation, ownership, and delivery coordination.

## Ownership boundary

The distinction between work personally performed, shared work, delegated work, and a team outcome.

## Partially supported

A support state used when evidence addresses part of a criterion but leaves material elements unresolved.

## Provenance

The record of which input, version, criterion, question, and source reference produced a report finding.

## Supported

A support state used when the supplied interview contains relevant evidence for a configured criterion.

## Work reasoning profile

A bounded summary of observable work reasoning demonstrated in the supplied interview. It is not a psychological profile, brain scan, intelligence test, or universal description of a person.
