## Core public facts

- The product evaluates supplied interview evidence one question at a time.
- Ideal answer criteria are comparison references for observable job evidence, not a word for word script.
- Missing evidence is not converted into a positive finding or a convenient score.
- Not observed does not mean the person lacks the capability.
- A team outcome does not automatically establish personal ownership.
- Mental shape means the evidence-bound, role-specific pattern of supported work reasoning observations. It is not a private mental state or permanent label.
- Neuro-psychometric alignment means mapping that observable evidence pattern to configured role and delivery requirements. It is not brain measurement or clinical psychometrics.
- Axiom Cortex is positioned as a new category of neuro-psychometric alignment intelligence: a role map, evidence lock, configured calculation, visible uncertainty, and human release in one controlled chain.
- Pricing is usage first: the proposed price for one complete interview evaluation is $29, paid once. Small packs, business batches, and bulk commitments receive lower unit pricing through quantity and commitment; a subscription is optional.
- The current premium pack test is $1,499 one time for 125 evaluations, approximately $11.99 per evaluation, with the same complete scope as the single evaluation. Company size does not determine the package.
- Human review is required.
- In the governed product contract, language processing may identify and structure evidence, but it cannot choose scores, weights, anchors, gates, recommendations, or release decisions.
- The product does not evaluate mental health, personality, intelligence, emotion, truthfulness, protected traits, face, gaze, appearance, accent, or voice quality.

## Public information boundary

The public layer deliberately excludes formulas, weights, thresholds, score anchors, calibration logic, private prompts, internal harness instructions, hidden reasoning, candidate data, customer data, and production implementation details.
