WHY THIS METHOD
Axiom Cortex is neuro-psychometric alignment intelligence for technical hiring, built around a different unit of value: a role-specific mental-shape map of observable technical work reasoning your team can inspect before a human decides.
Connect the role, must-haves, questions, ideal-answer criteria, and delivery requirements before the interview is measured.
Bind each finding to the candidate’s attributable words, speaker, timestamp, answer opportunity, ownership, and unresolved gap.
Apply configured calculation and uncertainty controls, then let a qualified reviewer confirm, correct, request more evidence, or release the result.
A summary can make language easier to read, but it does not create a governed role-alignment result by itself. Axiom’s advantage is the controlled chain from role criteria to source evidence to visible gaps to human release. The mental-shape map is a role-specific view of observable technical work reasoning, not a claim about a person’s private mind. “Neuro-psychometric” here means an evidence-bound model, not a brain scan, diagnosis, personality test, or claim of perfect accuracy.
02 · Delivery requirements
A specialized project can need 50 evaluations, while a small firm can need thousands. Start with the quantity and controls the work actually requires, then expand when the evidence quality and review effort hold up.
ENTERPRISE / EMBEDDED · REQUIREMENTS-BASED
Use a paid proof of value to map the roles, quantity, transcript path, reviewer ownership, and controls the project needs before committing to a larger purchase.
Quantity, purchase frequency, value per evaluation, transcript path, and delivery requirements set the scope, with a qualified person still responsible for the call.
SSO, integrations, dedicated hosting, localization, white-label rights, API access, tenant isolation, service levels, and residency terms require verified capability and an explicit contract. Enterprise status alone does not add a platform fee, and essential source evidence, correction, and human-decision controls are not premium-only features.
03 · Source integrity
Axiom Cortex needs source-preserving interview evidence, not a summary. Keep the original recording, transcript version, speaker labels, timestamps, technical terms, and gaps visible before analysis.
WHY FULL TRANSCRIPT
Summaries can hide the exact words, speaker turns, timestamps, and technical detail that a reviewer needs to inspect.
Axiom Cortex cannot recover a command, correction, pause, or tradeoff that the source export removed. Keep the recording beside the transcript, then resolve material gaps before a decision.
Names, numbers, commands, negation, tradeoffs, and the system fragments inside an answer.
Who said what, when it happened, and where the reviewer can replay the source.
Pauses, corrections, overlap, and speech-pattern changes as review prompts, never as standalone proof.
Source excerpt to role criterion to gap to follow-up, with a person making the final call.
RAW OR VERBATIM PATHS
These options differ in control, cost, and review work. None removes the need to compare the transcript with the recording.
LOCAL WHISPER · RAW BENCHMARK
Private local path. OpenAI Whisper Large-v3 can run in a controlled environment and keep the audio path local. Local execution avoids a hosted API limit, but it does not prove every word was captured.
TURBOSCRIBE · FREE START
Free: 3 transcripts each day, up to 30 minutes per file. Paid limits list up to 10 hours and 5GB per file, so confirm the current plan before a long interview.
REV · FULL VERBATIM
Choose verbatim explicitly. Rev documents options that preserve fillers, false starts, stutters, interjections, and repetitions; human and AI workflows differ, so inspect the delivered output.
SONIX · VERBATIM
Verbatim mode keeps speech detail. Sonix publishes a mode for filler words, false starts, repetitions, and timestamps. Verify speaker labels and unclear spans against the source recording.
RECORDING AND HOSTED OPTIONS
Start with the platform that recorded the interview, or choose a local or hosted transcription path. Open the official guide, then check the account and admin settings before the interview.
Eligible Workspace editions can save a meeting transcript in the organizer’s Drive, with consent and admin controls around the feature.
Zoom cloud recordings can produce a separate, timestamped VTT audio transcript when the account has cloud recording and transcription enabled.
Teams live transcription includes speaker names and timestamps, then can be downloaded after the meeting when policy and permissions allow.
Google Cloud Video Intelligence can transcribe supported video audio when a project, billing, and authorized storage or upload path are configured.
TurboScribe lists three free files per day up to 30 minutes each, with longer uploads on paid plans. Keep the recording and inspect the export.
HappyScribe lists free meeting recordings up to 45 minutes per recording, plus a 10-minute AI transcription trial. It also lists speaker detection and exports.
OpenAI Whisper can run locally, which keeps the audio path in your environment, while your team still owns quality checks and speaker labeling.
No provider is assumed complete by default. Local or cloud transcription can miss words, speakers, technical terms, or intervals. Keep the source recording and have a reviewer resolve material gaps before analysis.
A cleaned transcript cannot prove how an answer was delivered; speech-pattern flags still need source review and human follow-up.
Provider links are informational. Axiom Cortex does not resell these services, and this public site does not receive candidate recordings or transcripts.
04 · Market context
Public pages show two clear lanes: video interview intelligence with transcripts and scorecards, and technical assessment tools with coding or live-interview scores.

|---|---|---|---|
| Spark Hire | $299/month monthly; $249/month billed annually for video interviews. | One-way and live video interviews, 50+ language transcription, summaries, configurable scorecards, and factor scoring. | Use Axiom when the question is how the supplied technical evidence maps to one role’s requirements and gaps. |
| BrightHire | Request a demo; custom packaging. | Interview recording and transcription, notes, topic coverage, ATS scorecards, and a voice or video screen with rubric-based scores. | Use Axiom when reviewers need a role-specific evidence trail, unanswered criteria, and a human release gate. |
| HackerRank Interview | Starter, Pro, and Enterprise; Starter and Pro include annual attempt allowances, Enterprise is custom. | Technical live interviews with playback, transcripts, highlights, scorecards, and AI scoring for select question types. | Use Axiom alongside a technical assessment when the recorded interview itself needs evidence-bound role review. |

05 · What you get
Axiom Cortex maps the job, must-haves, questions, ideal-answer criteria, and transcript evidence. The alignment score appears only when the configured evaluation requirements are met, and a qualified human reviews the result.
The proposed price is $29 for one complete technical interview evaluation, paid once. Small packs, business batches, and bulk commitments receive quantity-based pricing, and a subscription is optional.
You bring a recorded technical interview and a quality transcript, then configure the job, must-haves, questions, and ideal-answer criteria. The result connects supported evidence, gaps, and an alignment score when the configured requirements are met.
No. A qualified human reviewer inspects the evidence, gaps, and limits before making the final decision. The public method does not establish predictive validity for future job performance.
